Hello, this is my first post here. I (22m) currently live with two (both 22m) others in an off-campus apartment but one of them is moving by the end of June and we would like to have a new roommate to join in. Heres the premise:
- 2 bed 1 bath Apartment - Looking for Male Roommates - ~2miles away from CPP campus - Willing to move in soon over Summer after current roommate leaves - Will have own room - Gated with assigned parking (however, you may be put on a waitlist if you wish to have your own spot) - Communal Laundry room within apartment complex - Community Pool - Right next to gas station, many cafes and restaurants, and a grocery store - Rent ~$1200
