The “backstory” is that the room has been rented to some great people for the past approximately 10years. Recent roommate has been here for 2 1/2 years. There is a 6month minimum.
The room is for (1) person only and there are *no other roommates* in the home. The room is furnished with a dresser, new mirrored wardrobe doors, and nightstands. (Due to past CoVid, a bed is not included) *Private bath* is immediately across the hall. Shower and Tub enclosure.
All house facilities including Kitchen, Laundry (washer and dryer in garage), and Gate Remote and Parking Pass are usually included (with deposit). Parking is generally available inside gated community. Street parking also available.
Rent is $1400 plus security deposit of same amount. Tenant pays 1/2 electric and 1/2 gas only. Water included. 300mb Spectrum Internet is included.
