We don’t have pictures of the available rooms yet, still clearing them out and getting them ready for a 11/1 - 11/15 move in.
We have 2 bedrooms available. 1 smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom and a larger bedroom with a private bathroom (this bathroom will be shared until Jan 2025).
All utilitiy costs are included in the price of the room.
We prefer males between the ages of 24-40 for personality compatibility purposes. No preferences on gender, but must be LGBT friendly. Roommates are a mix of gay and straight.
All areas that are not designated as rooms (and the one private bathroom) are shared (aside from the breakfast nook area-that will remain private to one of the tenets). Tenets are allowed to have guests as long as they’re respectful to the house (no more than 2 guests in the house at a time, and not all the time). Tenets are allowed to throw parties in the back yard (within reason, shouldn’t be every week and shouldn’t go past 10pm). Full size washer and dryer available. Full kitchen available. Parking available in rear/driveway/and street. No curfew, come and go as you please. No pets of any kind (we have an 11 year old Maltese Poodle named Bambu who is well trained and well behaved). We are 420 friendly (no smoking in the house).
We are hoping to find people that are genuine and open to becoming lifelong friends (this isn’t a requirement though). Talk/hang as much as you feel comfortable with.
Time Commitment: We are looking for long term tenants. 1 year commitment is required. Would ideally like to find someone that can sign on for longer (not a requirement)
Location: The area is pretty quiet. Gentrifying. We’re in Hyde Park, about 1.5 miles away from the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park Casino, and The Intuit Dome. We are evenly spaced between the 405 and 110 freeways. Between the 10 and the 105 freeway (closer to the 105). Really close to 2 MTA train stations if you decide to take public transportation.
Application Process & Required Materials: Credit check (bad credit is okay-willing to work with people), background check, proof of income, proof of identity (copy of government issued ID) and a completed rental application.
Both rooms will come unfurnished. Willing to make accommodations if discussed/requested/able to.
