Hello! Looking to rent a private room/bathroom in my house in between Culver City and USC starting April 1 (see map in photos). Just me, no other roommates--except for my dog. Cozy room comes partially furnished with bed, large closet, and newly upgraded private bath. Residential and quiet, within walking distance from new LAX train line and about a mile from Expo line.

Rent is $1450/month INCLUDING utilities with washer/dryer in unit and a spacious backyard w/avocado tree. 6-month lease to start; open to longer stay for the right fit! A few other things:

- You must love dogs, I have a small, terrier-mix
- You love quiet, and believe home is a getaway from it all
- You are respectful of space, and go by the philosophy of "leave it the way you found it"
- You don't have a ton of stuff that you want to store in various nooks and crannies of the house
- You don't come with another person -- the space only accommodates one
