This is a Duplex Property and Home with the Front House fully renovated that offers ‘Fully Furnished’ 4 Bedrooms and 4 En-Suite Bathrooms.
$1,700 per month for one individual.
$2,000 per month for one couple.

Front Yard - Description: The entire Front Yard has added privacy with a White Picket Fence, along with a 6 Seater Wicker Furniture Set, Fire Table and Heat Lamp. This Front Yard has all Artificial Grass and accessible via a key front gate or through the patio, to allow for some outdoor personal time or also for hosting a small group.

Front Doors - Description: There are two door entrances into this Front Property ie one into ‘this’ Separate Unit (which also joins with a separate door into the living room & kitchen). The other door leads into the Kitchen & Living Room and the rest of the 3 Bedrooms & 3 En-Suite Bathrooms house.

This Private Entrance, Unit with En-Suite Bathroom - Description: This Unit has its own Front Door Entrance & is also the only one with its own Washer & Dryer in the room (as you’ll see via the pictures) ..which is quite the bonus!!

This Bedroom has a brand new King Size Bed Set & Mattress, a 56 inch TV with Cable and WiFi, & a Nightstand Lamp and Clock. There is also an Electric Fireplace as well as a Air Conditioner Unit. This allows you to customize the temperature setting to your liking.

Natural Sunlight shines throughout the room with 4 windows. Windows are also draped with room-darkening curtains, for those who prefer a darker room setting.

This Units Closet - Description: The closet is fully stocked with an Iron, Ironing board, Slim Hangers, Laundry Basket, Swiffer wet and dry wipes along with a Swiffer Mop so as to allow for self cleaning. There is a custom shelving unit offering Hangers, Drawers & Shelves. Provided are also Laundry detergent, Bleach and Softener.

This Units En-Suite Bathroom - Description: There is a Bidet, Towel Warmer & there are also Towels and Face Towels provided. The bathroom is fully stocked with Paper Towel, Extra Toilet Paper, Hair Dryer, Toothbrush, Toothpaste and Bathroom Cleaning Supplies to allow also for self cleaning. The Shower has a wall mounted Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash Dispenser fully filled.

Living Room & Kitchen - Description: Brand new furnishings ie a 4 Seater Couch, an Armless Chair, 56 inch TV with a Fireplace TV stand. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cutlery for each tenant. The Dining Table seats 8 people very comfortably.

Patio - Description: There is a step down Patio which is accessible through the Living Room door & offers 2 lounge Wicker Furniture Sets. This is a coveted area where one can Enjoy their coffee while reading a book or meditating. The patio also joins with the wrap around White Picket Fenced front yard.

Abit about…. This house is stocked this way for Traveling International & National Students, Traveling Nurses & Traving Professionals.

Clean up of the common areas of both interior and exterior areas will take place once weekly.

A lot of consideration was taken into customizing thess Units & En-Suite Bedrooms so that it has all that is necessary for a New deserving Tenant, and I hope it feels like home away from home.

About the roomies
The current tenants are Respectful, Friendly, Clean & Quiet. I was once a Traveling International Student so I understand the important of a Fully Furnished Home-Away-From-Home that feels Safe & Clean. I’m a clean Landlady who lives in the back house, so you may expect to have the common interior & exterior areas cleaned once a week. I only ask that we each do our part in keeping individual & common areas clean as well. I enjoy Traveling and keep quite busy daily with several projects. I’m always on the move!!
