Hi! I'm a 25-year-old professional male — clean, respectful, and easy to get along with and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Lake Balboa. You'll have your own large private bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is in a quiet, safe area with easy access to public transportation, freeways (right at the interchange of the 405 and the 101 freeways, grocery stores ( and there is an in n out literally across the street), and parks. The building is well-maintained and the unit is spacious and comfortable.
Details:
Only one person lives here.
* To Move in: first month’s rent+ one month’s worth of deposit
* Move-in Date: July 1st
* Utilities: Split evenly (roughly costs about $90-$100 a month)
* Parking: Available
* No pets (sorry)
