Looking for an 3rd roommate to live in the smaller bedroom of 3bed x 2bath apartment in Valley Village. You'll be living with me, Chloe (she/her) and Alex (they/them).
The place is a short walk away from Valley College, it has good free street parking, very affordable, transit-friendly. The bedroom is small but the apartment has A LOT of available storage space in the hallway and common areas. The complex has a pool, a gate, and an elevator.
Alex has the master bedroom and you'd share a bathroom with me. Tobacco-free house; neither of us smoke at all. No pets (sometimes Alex brings their mom's cat to watch when she's away).
We split the utilities evenly 3 ways: gas, power, and gigabit Internet. The living room and each bedroom all have their own in-wall AC Unis. It gets good natural lighting and there are blinds to keep the heat out.
