Close to park and freeways! Looking for 1 person

Heyy! We are looking for a friendly, like minded person to join our home on a quiet street near Balboa Lake as soon as February 1st. We’re flexible on the move in date for the right fit though.

The house is newly remodeled with fresh paint and newly cleaned carpets. It has a driveway, two stall garage, and plenty of street parking. There is a large patio with a table and chairs and an orange and lemon tree in the backyard. It’s on a quiet street right across from the sepulveda basin. It’s a one mile walk to Balboa Lake and one minute drive to the 405.

We are renting the primary bedroom that is 14’x12’ with a door to the patio and private bathroom, with shower $1,300.

We are looking for somebody to sign a year lease. Our landlord requires proof of income, proof of paying rent, and good credit to be accepted.

I’m 31 and my boyfriend, Andrew, is 36. We are very outdoorsy and run a business, Trail Kidz, where we lead kids on hikes. We love trail running, skiing, yoga, and backpacking. We both hiked the PCT in 2022 and do quite a bit of traveling in our free time.

Our roommate, Guy, is a good friend who’s very easy going and friendly. He’s a video editor and spends a lot of time at his girlfriend’s place.

We are looking for another friendly, clean roommate to join the house that will pitch in with keeping the house looking nice!
