Bedrooms Available in House with Solar (1200 each)

Bedroom 1

Hello!

I am a current tenant living in a beautiful home in Van Nuys and there are 2 bedrooms available for rent.

1 bedroom (unfurnished) + shared bathroom= $1,200

The full bathroom upstairs is shared by all 3 rooms, except the master. Must be okay with that. There is also a half bath downstairs someone can use as well.

There is plenty of street parking right outside the house and guest parking as well that is available for tenants. Must be okay with street parking.

This house runs on solar so there is no power bill unless we excessively use it then there will be a small bill. Yay! We can use the AC as much as we'd like during the hot summer for no cost! Internet, Gas, and water will be split 4 ways by all roommates. (It shouldn't be much).

First month's rent is the deposit. (You will get it all back when/if you move out without causing any damages)

Must be okay living with a cute hypoallergenic dog. :) He does not shed and is super friendly. (He's in my profile picture)

We have our own washer and dryer in the house. We have our own little fenced in private yard as well!
