The rent is $1,045.00 per month and the apartment is very spacious. Desire a mature roommate (30 and up), clean, considerate, and employed. We are working professionals and work from home and on location depending on our schedules. We share weekly cleaning duties. The lease is up to a year and is available on April 1st.
