Bedroom Available in 2br Apt

Hello!

I have a bedroom in my 2 bd apartment opening up August 20 to take over the rest of the lease ending in December. Rent is $900/month plus utilities. Room is 11" x 13". My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to fill their spot. The apartment is part of a community. Neighbors are friendly and there are lots of dogs and cats. Must be an animal lover. I know I am. There is a pool and three different laundry rooms. Washers and dryers operate by either coin or app. The app has been super useful, especially with the coin shortage.

She is a very busy lady in late 20s working in the film industry. Looking for another responsible, professional person working full-time. Please, no students or partyers. Should also be around her age or older, and mature. Preferably another female, or gay male. This house is an lgbtq+ safe zone.

While quite sociable, she is introverted, which means she needs her alone time to recharge. New roomie should be either another introvert, or an understanding extrovert.

She is neat, but not a clean freak. She is totally down to work with a cleaning schedule so that cleaning responsibilities are fair for both parties.

On the health note, she is vaccinated and looking for another also vaccinated.
