Room for Rent

Positive environment. 20 year old’s in house. Prefer female roommate. Current female roommate leaving. Currently, one small non barking dog in house. Roomate has access to common areas of house which includes kitchen, dining living room and backyard. Laundry area is available to roomate located in garage. Only storage available would be in their room. Utilities would be shared 4 ways currently. Everyone works in house and/or goes to college. House rules include helping out with house cleaning common areas. Move-in could be available in late August depending when current roomie officially leaves. Although you are renting a room you won’t feel like you have to be in your room. Everyone is out and about and enjoy each other when home. But also have plenty of alone time in common areas with everyone working and going to school different hours. Month to Month contract with assumption you’ll be around for a while.
