Private 1B1B in a clean/quiet/big 3B3B near USC

- House: The house is very clean, quiet, furnished and spacious with all amenities/utilities: high-speed internet, washer/dryer (this is a life saver!), AC/heater in the room and living room, responsive management, gated underground parking, balcony, complete kitchen/house appliances, water dispenser, foosball table, PlayStation, and TV with all streaming services + all utilities included. The entire house has a nice hardwood flooring.

- Room: the room is medium-sized, I’d say more than enough space needed. I will take out the personal stuff but I’m down to discuss with you if you’d like to keep certain things for your stay.

- Roommates: The two roommates are incredible people. Super friendly, cool, agreeable, quiet and keep the place clean (disclaimer: they are my best friends). One of them is rarely at home and the other one is very quiet. Both are male, recent grads. I’m sure anyone would get along with them as I know them for years.

- Location/Security: The location is very convenient and inside USC DPS area (free Lyft if you’re a USC student), the house also has security cameras and is located on a main street — 3min walk to metro (goes directly to both DTLA and Santa Monica with, 3min walk to convenience store, 5-10min walk to USC, 15min walk to USC village (has cafe/restaurant/grocery stores), 10min walk to LAFC stadium/Colosseum. I have lived there for the past 4 years, and pretty much walked to USC every day, never had any problems to this date.

- Payment/logistics: The price includes all utilities. However, the dates are negotiable and the price is also negotiable and could be adjusted given dates. I’d like a fair and reasonable agreement between us so a contract that protects both parties will be considered and signed. In general, I’m down to discuss with you if you have preferences and would like you to enjoy your stay here as well!

- Pets: There is an adorable cat, Asher, in the house, very friendly and lives in my roommate’s room. My roommates are fine by pets but preferably should get along with Asher, which is highly likely :).

- Reason for moving out: I recently graduated and got a job in another city.
