My home is in a central location, and walking distance or short drive to different stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and multiple health care centers including Torrance Memorial Hospital.

You get a fully furnished private bedroom and your private bathroom is in the next room on the same floor (2nd floor of the home).

Very comfortable and quiet home. Utilities is included in the rent.

You would have access to the in-unit laundry, kitchen, etc. 24/7.
