I have a furnished large bedroom queen bed with a private restroom with permitted street parking with access to the kitchen, Wi-if ,laundry and Pool available for rent in my newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the heart of Toluca Lake/Burbank area, close to Hollywood, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks .The building is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance to Warner Bros Studios, Bobs Big Boy, Starbucks ,Whole Foods and many other restaurants and shops on Riverside Dr.
I am preferably looking for a single straight male or female professional in their 30’s-40 who has a full-time job outside of the home during the day. Proof of income, rental history, credit check and background check will be required. I am easy-going and very chill, and I'm looking for someone I can vibe with. I work nights, so we may not see much of each other during the work week.
Cleanliness and quietness are a must, as I get home early morning from work. No drugs or overnight guests, though I'll allow it here and there. No pets, please.
The rent is $1385 per month, including utilities, with a $500 deposit. 1 year lease is required or $1425 for 6 months and the room will be available the second week of July for move-in.
