Can have a compact frig & microwave and there is a sink and countertop outside in the patio besides the door to the private entrance. This is a large equestrian property that is gated and there is a side yard entrance to the unit. There is plenty of parking infront of the house. This is a peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood on a culdesac and there are no children on our property or the neighbors. Very Mature and serene street. There is central air conditioning and heating plus a ceiling fan. It is furnished so just bring your tv and your clothes. If you like you can bring your own matress.
