Beautiful Home in Ocean Park

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in Ocean Park. I’ve absolutely loved living here and am sad to leave! The home will be available starting May 17th.

The Space:
This home is the back unit of a triplex, which means you get a large private backyard complete with an outdoor dining table and couch, it is perfect for relaxing or hosting. The space gets tons of natural light, and there’s in-unit laundry.
The room can come furnished, but there’s flexibility if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

Cost:
$2,100/month starting January 1st
If you move in mid-May, rent will be prorated to ~$1,200 for the remainder of the month.

About Your Roommate:
You’ll be living with Molly (30s) and her adorable, well-behaved French Bulldog, Zoe. Molly works full-time in Venice and is often out and about. She’s open to living with either a male or female roommate.

Location:
Located in one of Santa Monica’s most desirable neighborhoods, Ocean Park. Less than a mile from the beach, walking distance to Main Street, and very close to Layla’s Bagels. The area is safe, quiet, and highly walkable.
