The room is available furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

Seeking a roommate for an initial 6-month commitment, with the possibility of extending if it's a good fit for both of us. Working professionals and others with stable income and a regular schedule are preferred.

Additional Details:
• Rent: $1,545/month plus shared utilities/wifi roughly $1650 monthly
• Security deposit: $1,000
• Available: ASAP Furnished or need a few days to remove the bedroom furniture if you prefer it unfurnished
• 6-month minimum commitment preferred
• Proof of income, credit history, background check etc will be requested by management company

*The building typically renews leases annually in December and may implement a standard rent increase at that time. Any future rent increase would be shared proportionally between roommates*

Typically $100 increase and divided by both roommates would be an increase of about $50 each! (But that’s to be discussed near December and will not be starting until then)
