Built in 1926 as a Large 4 bedroom HISTORIC English Tudor House, Studio City / Woodbridge Park neighborhood which was voted one of the 10 best neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles. Has 11 rooms plus 2 attics and a large sundeck. This rental option is for one bedroom for one non smoking person with no more than one vehicle. The house is located close to the 101, 134, and 170 freeways inlets. Close to Universal Studios, Warner Bros. Studios, NBC Studios, ABC Studios, Disney Studios, CBS Studio Center, Studio City, N. Hollywood, Toluca lake, and Hollywood. The Lg Metro Line Hub is within 12 Min. walking distance.
The Owner keeps 2 bed room’s to himself. All utilities are covered except any amount total over $3600.00 per Yr. then 1/4 share in utilities for any overage. To move in pay: 1st. and last months rent and a refundable cleaning deposit of $450. if not abused.
