Need new female roomie for 2B2B apt in Studio City

Hello! * * * I’m a 23 year-old actress living with my two kitties in a 2B2B apartment at AVA Studio City. AVA is a 6-building, gated community. * * * I’m looking for a new female roommate to join my current lease as soon as December 5th, & no later than early January. My current lease renews June 16th, 2023, but I’m preferably looking for someone interested in staying long-term. * * * The available room is the master bedroom (more sound-proofed door, connected bathroom, larger floor area and closet space). * * * RENT: The listed base-rent does NOT INCLUDING UTILITIES. Utilities are usually $50-100 per month. We’d split a bi-monthly LADWP bill, a monthly AT&T wifi bill, & any extra utilities added to our monthly rent by the complex. * * * PETS: I have 2 very sweet kitties, Juno & Monroe. They’re siblings, and just turned 1 year-old in November! I’d prefer a roommate who does NOT own any pets, but would enjoy having my two cats around the apartment. They’re total sweethearts and cuddle-bugs. * * * PREFERENCES: I’d prefer someone who, like me, is very neat & tidy. I’m also an introvert, although I love quality time with good friends. But I’d prefer a roommate who won’t constantly invite friends back to the apartment, although I don’t mind occasional guests or individual friends! :) * * * COMPLEX AMENITIES: Pool & jacuzzi, fitness center, game/BBQ area, weekly food trucks, Amazon delivery lockers. * * * APARTMENT AMENITIES: Elevator, AT&T wifi already installed by myself, top floor (4th) & high ceilings with amazing natural light, central A/C & heating, in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, tandem parking spot in covered garage, large closets & storage space, oven & electric stove, microwave, full-sized fridge & freezer, and dishwasher. Main living space is already mostly furnished with my things: couch & coffee table, dining table & chairs, and balcony furniture.
