We're 2 women in our 30s looking for a friendly, clean, and communicative new roomie. One of us works from home, enjoys thrifting, and loves chatting around the kitchen island. The other enjoys going out on the weekends, sings, plays instruments, surfs, and has a gentle and playful male tuxedo cat named Tai. We don’t make too much noise, don’t smoke, and apart from working from home, we don’t spend too much time at home either.

**Requirements:**
- No pets allowed
- Must not work from home
- Must provide recent pay stubs and bank statements for proof of savings
- Must make at least 3x the rent
- $10k in savings
- 3 professional references required
