Private Room For Rent - Los Angeles

We're renting out a room in our apartment.
It is available June 1st.
The rent is $800 (for the room) a month plus utilities. The utilities are anywhere from 35-70 a month depending on usage. The rent and last months rent ($1600) would be required to move in.

We are located near the 10 freeway. Street parking is always readily available and the apartment within throwing distance of a bus stop. We are a twenty minute walk or a five minute bike ride to the Exposition light rail line, and fifteen minute bike ride to the Wilshire and Western subway station. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. We are located near some great restaurants like delicious pizza, Cafe5, taqueria los anaya, Alta Adams, Earl's grill, Nature's Brew, Mizlala, harold and belles, and phillips bbq. we are strolling distance to the amazing architecture of the historical west Adams homes including the Six Feet Under house which is a block away. We are located ten minutes from USC and fifteen minutes from Downtown LA.

The kitchen is well equipped and we all share a refrigerator so be mindful of buying too much groceries at once. The living room is very comfortable and it includes a fireplace and a balcony. There is a TV and a record player in the living room as well.

There is a hall closet that you can share for cleaning supply storage space. The rooms are located on the third floor of the apartment and it has a good size closet. There is a bathroom with tub that whoever rents the rooms will use. every once in a while, another roommate may use it but that's not too common as there are other bathrooms.

There are three other rooms and five other roommates. We are working professionals in our thirties. We're progressive minded, easy going, respectful and rational people. There are both men and women living in the apartment. We don't smoke tobacco so a non smoker is preferred, or somebody who smokes outside. We are not clean freaks, but we most definitely have reached the point in our lives where we can clean up after ourselves and expect you too as well.
