$1050 for large 200sqft private room for rent for one person, rent includes utilities & furniture: Full bed, desk and chair, Minifridge w/ freezer, mirror, and AC/heater; you can switch out any furniture with your own.
-3 month minimum lease, then month to month. Background check, $1050 security deposit, $2.5k/mo minimum income required.
-Free washer/dryer use, fiber WiFi.
-Street parking or secured gated parking in the back for addition $25/mo. Whole property is gated with outside cameras.
-1 cat or small pet okay, NO DOGs or loud animals.
-No eviction history.

This is coed and shared living. You will be renting your own private room but will share all other common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, patio, etc. All tenants are required to clean up after themselves, basic cleaning service is also once per week to common areas. The house is centrally located in LA, 5 min from USC.
Currently there are 5 males and 1 female living in the house, each has their own room. All are working professionals or students. Everyone is clean, quiet and respectful, we are looking for someone who can also be clean, quiet and respectful to fit in.
One cat or small pets okay, NO DOGs or loud pets.
