Seeking Female Roommate - 1 bedroom $1500/Month for March 1st in Mid City/West Adams

---About the House---

Location: Mid City/West Adams, Los Angeles near USC
Rent: Rent is $1500/month
Utilities: Approximately $100-$200/each every two months depending on usage. Includes water, electricity, trash, gas, and extra high-speed internet.
House: Large two-story, three-bedroom, one-bathroom house. Additional large shared office space, full kitchen, dining/living room down stairs. Approximately 2000 sq ft.
Bedroom: Corner room upstairs, 12.5 ft x 14 ft, with one shared wall, two large windows, ceiling fan, carpet throughout upstairs, and optionally comes with a twin canopy bed and memory foam mattress, plus a clothing rolling rack.
Parking: Dedicated parking spot in front of the house plus plenty of street parking (non-permitted)
Furnishings: House is fully furnished, but I'm very flexible if you'd like to bring your own things. There is plenty of space and I’m not attached to any of the current furnishings.
Kitchen: Equipped with a gas convection oven and a stainless steel fridge
Laundry: Access to a free washer and dryer 7 days a week (7 AM - 5 PM), shared with the back unit guest house
Outdoor Spaces: Covered gated front porch available for plants and a gated grassy front yard

*Keeping common areas clean and tidy
*Taking out the trash and recycling
*General maintenance and light cleaning duties
*Buying household items as needed
*Respecting noise and each other's space and privacy

I enjoy working on craft projects, embroidery, sewing, reading, or watching TV shows with my cats when I'm at home. I spend some of my time with my boyfriend so I'm often out of the house. I like to go camping, visit gardens, museums, and engage in art, culture, travel, and fun things around the city. I have many friends in the Burner, goth, alt, fetish, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
