Hi! There’s a private room available in Downey available for immediate move in. This is a room in a 3bed/2 bath house minutes from the 710 and 105 Highways.
Rent is $1500 all utilities included (wifi/gas/electric). There is a W/D in unit, and there is quite a spacious back yard with a lemon tree. There is also plenty of street parking.
Currently occupants are 2 women and ideally we’d like to share the space with another woman but are open. We currently have 2 dogs in the house a senior Shitzu & an energetic 2.5 year old American Bully. We love pets and Hope you do too!
Roommate 1: works in media and is a student she is out of the house a lot, but when she is home sh I like to workout and go hiking & I’m 37 and I love Mexican food!
Roommate 2: is a creative/professional and work from home mostly. Shes a big foodie and love to eat out, but also love to cook and bake.
Move in can be immoderate!!
