Hi everyone! I have 1 bedroom available now for rent in a 3 bedroom house. I currently occupy 2 for myself. Located on the border of Gardena and Torrance. Near the 405, 91 and 110 freeways. This house has an outdoor area, located 15 mins away from the beach and a couple mins away from stores and restaurants.

Bedroom is partially furnished, but can be removed with a shared bathroom plus kitchen, laundry, central AC and heater and plenty of street parking.

Available for single occupancy.
This is a drug-free environment. No overnight guest. Renter must also be dog-friendly. I have a 40lb medium size dog.

Rent is $1200/month including utilities (internet, electricity, water and gas). $1000 security deposit.

I am a professional working full time M-F in education in my early 30s. I am pretty chill and easy to get along and looking for a similar housemate that is respectful, responsible and clean.
