Silverlake Room with Personal Bathroom

Looking for a roommate in awesome/safe area in Silverlake!

Tenant will have their own bathroom (shower/bathtub). Bedroom has huge closet for storage. Wi-Fi is included with shared utilities. We have two sweet dogs and our roommate has two cats - one sweet and one that hides, lol.. LOTS of outdoor space - being in Silverlake we are on the side of the mountain and have six decks total. Gated front. Street parking but it’s never really been an issue to find space. We also have a washer and dryer.

The bedroom is currently pink but we can paint it back white if you'd like, or if you have another color you'd prefer. It comes furnished with a new bed and mattress, desk, dresser, and mini fridge. Lots of natural sunlight (the bedroom with the most in the house).

Neighborhood is great with lots of shops within walking distance and Trader Joe’s and Gelson's right down the road. Less than a mile from Sunset. Lyric Hyperion/coffee shop across the street.

I’m in the industry as a production designer and my husband is an attorney, and our other roommate is a medical illustrator. We respect each other's spaces and keep the common areas clean! All non-smokers (except weed occasionally, which is done outside). We are pretty chill - enjoy concerts, festivals, anything outdoors really, traveling, comedy shows. We do have one large event a month in the back yard - a comedy show. It's always on the weekend and super fun. You're always welcome to join and bring friends if you'd like : )

We also have a chicken coop with five chickens and raised garden beds if you'd like to plant anything.
