Unfurnished room for rent in a cute craftsman styled home in the quaint neighborhood of Signal Hill. This cozy room was just renovated with brand new solid oak floors, new paint, windows, and window dressings. There is a large mirrored closet and a private entrance. Bathroom is shared.

House was recently renovated and would be shared with myself, a medium sized dog, and cat. Completely furnished. Large TV, baby grand piano, kitchen supplies, on site laundry, and a small back and front yard.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Close to Long Beach Downtown, Retro Row, 2nd street, Belmont Shores, and CSULB. Close to the freeway and shopping, including Costco, Mother's Market, Target, etc.

I'm a single late 30s male. I work at home, in a detached garage in the backyard. I'm easy to get a long with, respectful, and clean. For fun, I enjoy rock climbing, surfing, working on the house, and the occasional night out.

Looking for a roommate, that is clean, respectful, treats the house well, reasonably quiet and likes animals. Ideally a full time student at CSULB or young professional with a steady career, doesn't party or do drugs, and is easy to get a long with.
