We are looking for a someone wanting to rent a Bedroom within our home in Sherman Oaks.

I am someone who is very hard-working, positive, but also appreciates a good balance. I work from home but have my own office on the complete other side of the house and love using the space from time to time to watch films (on the projector), cook, and entertain close friends - hope you can be a part of it!

The house is fully furnished from a fancy water fountain, tea & coffee station, and the projector with surround sound. You will be living with me and one other roommate (who I am also looking for) in this HUGE house nestled away in Sherman Oaks.

I am looking for someone to share this wonderful home with who has their life together, is clean, and looking to find a base to grow and enjoy life in.

The landlord is looking for someone with a stable job and good credit (700+)

I am very relaxed as long as there is a level of respect.
