Hello, we are two girls in our mid 20’s looking for a third girl to occupy one more room in our beautiful large apartment in Sherman Oaks. We ask that you don’t come with anymore pets as there are already two sweet dogs and a cat. Also must be an animal lover. In unit W/D. Garage parking, shared kitchen, master bedroom with private bath is taken so you will be sharing bathroom which is spacious and kept clean at all times. We ask that you maintain and pick up after yourself. No male visitors, there is a club room to hangout in for large gatherings. Gym room. Come take a tour and feel out the place for yourself, 6 mo minimum rental month to month must be able to pass a background check
