Hey all, me and my roommate Chris are having our other roomie move out this month. We have a bedroom opening up: it’s pretty large with its own bathroom and shower in the room. We are in a 3 bed / 3 bath / 3 story condo right in the heart of Sherman oaks. Walking distance to Ventura Blvd. The unit has washer / dryer, bar, central heating and air, fireplace, dishwasher, patio, 2 pools, tennis courts, gym, and is a very nice area. We’re both very laid back, and friendly. My 2 year old pup Wendy lives here too (she’s very friendly) so there is a dog. Other than that we’re easy to live with, and I hope you’ll consider being our next roomate! Internet / trash is included, all others are us.
