Your own parking spot in underground garage. Close to the mall and 101 fwy. Just a hop onto the 405. Not too far from restaurants and stores. Washers and driers on property, has a pool, and is a quiet, clean building, safe area. It has central air and heating. Utilities, Internet and, wi-fi included, use of all common areas with a full kitchen. Have to be pet friendly, I have two clean cats. I'm looking for a mature woman who is looking for a clean....not a clean freak, respectful person to live with. I want someone who is ok with no smoking, drinking, or drugs in the apartment, place for smoking cigarettes or vaping only outside. I am a professional women, I'm quiet. watch tv at home, read, like movies, doing art, and I spend time with friends out to dinner, usual normal stuff.
