Private Room in Sherman Oaks

Hello everyone, I am looking for a roommate to fill the 2nd bedroom in my 2bed 2bath apartment in Sherman Oaks. It’s a large bedroom with lots of closet space. There is laundry in the building. Garage parking, heated pool, Granite countertops, large patio area, grill, balcony, and you would have your own bathroom. You would have your own assigned parking spot in the garage. There is maintenance/cleaning at the building every week so it’s very nice and well-maintained.

I’m looking for a clean, professional female roommate and hopefully someone I can be friends with and hang out with. Late 20’s to 30’s preferred.

About me: I’m a 28 year old female. I’m really social and very chill but I like to keep things organized. I work in the film industry so I have an inconsistent schedule and very long days. I usually like to come home and play video games/have a drink/watch a movie in the living room after work. I love my living room so you’ll see me there a lot. I have a pet snake who lives in a locked tank. She’s very friendly if you want to say hi, but she’ll never be out of the tank without my supervision.

I am selling a twin bed, if you would like it I’ll leave it in the room for you! Otherwise the room will be totally empty for you to furnish and decorate.

*MUST HAVE 700+ CREDIT SCORE NO EXCEPTIONS. This isn’t my requirement, but a requirement of the building to move in and be on the lease.
