Looking for a quiet, clean, respectful male roommate (working professional or student) to move into the other furnished bedroom in my 1,000 sqft 2 bed + 2 bath apartment located at 1523 19th St Santa Monica CA 90404. March or April move in (can be flexible)

- Rent: $1500 + apprx $50 utilities (plus 1 months rent for deposit)
- Looking for someone who can commit through Oct 31st. Lease is until Oct 31st then goes month-to-month.
- Your room includes 1 Bedroom + Private Bathroom with heater built into wall. (Furnished with Full-Size bed + more)(My roommate is looking for $200 for his bed, if not he will try to sell it himself. It is 4 months old)
- Unit is on upper floor of a 2 story building. Small quiet building. Very friendly neighbors. Gated building.
- Shared laundry room with 2 washers + 2 dryers. Total of 20 units in complex. Never had an issue with waiting to do laundry.
- Street Parking but with potential to add a parking spot to our lease if a spot opens up. Plenty of street parking and street is very wide.
- 3 min walk to 17th St Train Station
- 3 min walk to multiple big blue bus stops.
- Heat only.

A little bit about me. I am a 24yr old Japanese working professional in the ecommerce media space. I am quiet, clean and enjoy working out and spending time outdoors. I home cook most of my meals just fyi. If you are quiet, clean, and respectful I am sure we will get along well.
