Small bedroom in nice 2BD/1BA apartment 4 blocks from beach (near Montana north of Wilshire) The room is currently furnished with Queen bed, desk and chair and small cabinet. (But if you have your own stuff might be open for the right person)Utilities are included. Pool, sauna, on site laundry room. Street parking. Walking distance to grocery, beach, promenade, Expo train line. Big Blue bus picks up in front of bldg.

I am a female in my 40s. Open to male or female. (Have lived more frequently with males) Looking for a kind, thoughtful and friendly person. A little about me, I am friendly and kind and enjoy chatting but also value mine and others alone time when needed and prefer a drama free living space. Looking for a good fit between the two of us over just getting someone in here. Love to go walking in the neighborhood or hiking at a nearby trails. Love movies and theater. The room itself is small but the apartment is great and you can’t beat the location! The bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub. It is a quiet building and location is great (near Montana in SM and close to beach). The room has a small closet in the room, plus an additional closet outside the room along with additional storage cubbies just outside the room. There is also a storage space down by the pool area for larger items like suitcases, or storage boxes. Rent is $1050 and utilities are included. $600 deposit (includes gas, electric, Wi-Fi, several streaming services) Street Parking (but pretty easy to find if you go just north of Montana) Big Blue bus stop out front and walking distance to EXPO line, beach, grocery store and Promenade. I have a friendly cat who thinks he is a dog. (But not open to additional animals, sorry) There is a nice balcony with seating and a gas grill. The building has on-site laundry room, sauna, pool, rec room with pool table. It is a pretty quiet building for the most part. I don’t generally have people over, I go out usually to socialize. Like to have home be peaceful and relaxing so would prefer someone similar. Looking for someone who would be here preferably a year or more. Good credit and references please.
