Hey everyone! My girlfriend and I have a spare room in our Santa Monica 2br located next to Trader Joe’s.
The room has a desk, Casper bed, TV, and a full private bathroom with a big tub. It also comes with its own assigned parking spot in the garage located under the building.
The unit itself has a dishwasher, laundry/dryer combo in the kitchen, a big comfy sofa in the living room, and a balcony.
All utilities are included (WiFi, gas, electric).
We both love cooking, board games, reading, and meeting new people. I’d say we need someone that’s about a 7+ on a 1-10 cleanliness scale. Must be a non-smoker and be ok taking off shoes in house. Must love Korean food also FYI! 😂
