- LOCATION: 1 mile from the beach, walking distance to Montana Ave (coffee shops, etc.), tucked in on a quiet & beautiful tree lined street, very respectful/quiet neighbors.
- BEDROOM: 1 of 2 rooms avail (furnished). I am traveling for a bit & am looking to fill my room while I’m away. My (amazing) roommate will be in the other room & in/out of town. She’s the most easygoing, kind, & respectful roommate of all time.
- LIGHT: Sun drenched corner unit with lots of windows, sunlight, a constant cross (sea) breeze.
- LAUNDRY: On site.
- PARKING: Street parking avail & there's always a spot right in front, parking pass avail (for a small fee) if interested.
- OUTDOOR SPACE: A tiny bit in front of the place if you'd like to grab a chair & book and sit outside under a palm tree.
- DATES: Avail immediately!
- PETS: While I love animals - sorry, they're not allowed!
- SMOKING: No smoking, please - it’s also not allowed in our complex.
- COUPLES: While it would be fun to live with 2 people, it would probably be too tight a squeeze.
- SUBLET PRICING: $1600/per month (can pro-rate if dates are more or less than a month).
- UTILITIES: $145/pp for - WiFi, electric, gas, water, Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- CLEANING: $50/pp/per cleaning (every 2 wk’s).
- YOU: Ideally I’m looking for a female in her 30’s. I love the place & am looking for someone who equally appreciates the space & location!
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Normally it is 1 month of rent upfront to secure the room & to paid back within 2 wk's of departure (assuming no damage). I’m open to figuring this out as this will be a shorter stay.
- COVID: Hate to have to bring it up, but I’ve been taking it seriously & would love to find someone that equally respects whatever current safety measures are in place.
