• Income verification.
• landlord verification.

Expenses:
• Rent+utilites= 1700
• deposit = 800
• total move in (deposit+rent/utilities= 2500

Rules:
• no loud tenants.
• no guests staying over night for no more than 1 day a week. (your rent will increase utilization of the bills going up.)
• only one guest allowed
• smoking is allowed, just clean up after yourselves. I keep my space tidy.
• no pets allowed
