The townhouse is located in a beautiful, quiet, neighbor-friendly, extremely safe, gated community. Free WIFI and parking are accessible. Full access to the kitchen and laundry facilities. There are plenty of amenities for your enjoyment, like two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, BBQ Grills, and a 🏀 basketball court. The home is very tidy as a cleaning person comes twice a month to do the deep cleaning throughout the entire house. There are no children or pets, so the home is extra quiet. I'm very respectful and stay out of others' business. There is no drama, and the home environment is very chill. Move-in is as early as September 14, 2024.
