Hi, I am looking for someone who can rent my room in my parent’s house. Preferably female. Fully furnished. Shared bathroom with another renter, shared living room and other common places in the house. My parents and one sibling live there plus one renter total 4 people currently in the house. The only private place is your bedroom. It comes with a small walk-in closet. Full of storage!! Room comes with TV and roku remote. WIFI, water & electricity included in monthly rent. Parking space available. House is located in a very safe gated community and friendly neighborhood. You have access to community amenities (ex. Pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, playground, lake, picnic area, etc) No pets allowed please. We already have two dogs inside the house. You must be okay with dogs and not be allergic to them. Only looking for one renter at the moment. Must be clean and respectful to other renters. Must be responsible in paying rent on time.
