My name is Hilda and I just purchased a beautiful 3 bed/ 2 bath Condo in nice area of San Pedro! Condo is centrally located near shops, restaurants, gym, freeways. It’s in a peaceful gated community, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. The Condo has been recently renovated and has an open, peaceful vibe because it’s surrounded by windows and the sound of water falls. I currently have the Large Master Bedroom available for rent at 2k/ month. Master has a big walk in closet, private bathroom, large window, one designated parking space in Covered Carport. The second larger room available for $1,500. This room has a nice sized closet, recess lighting, shelves surround the room and a nice window with view of the pool. Our shared Patio also has a nice view of the Jacuzzi and water streams. It seriously feels like a safe, peaceful oasis resort! Oh and another WIN is the in suite laundry room. Must I say more? :)
