Spare bedroom for rent in quiet condo complex

I have a good-sized spare bedroom with a private bathroom for rent in my condo. It is partially furnished with a bed. There is a laundry room in the condo. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are decent sized and fully furnished. New appliances as well as new carpet and new AC. I have a cute patio with a bbq overlooking a tranquil creek. There are a couple of pools and jacuzzis on the property. There is plenty of parking. The condo is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. I would consider lowering the rent if the renter is gone a few nights a week. I have two birds that are very low maintenance. I would consider pets such as birds, bunnies, chinchillas, and other low maintenance pets. No cats or dogs please. I would prefer someone whose work schedule will mesh well with mine. I usually work long hours and early in the morning. I will only consider a single applicant, unfortunately no couples or families or people who work from home full time.
