- everyone has their own Shower/bathroom and its right next to each bedroom

-Large closet, good size room.
-Washer and dryer are inside the unit.
-Fire place in the living room.

-Looking for easy going, working professionals.

I will be running a credit/background check(50$)

-1700 sq ft, 2 story townhome. Right in between south shores and point ferman, 2 miles from palos verdes, 15 min to long beach, 15 min to torrance, 5 min to the 110.
-The unit is very bright and great views of the water from the living room, kitchen and balcony.

-Easy street parking
-It includes a gated parking spot
-Very secured building, locked entry to the building and parking.

-The rent includes utilities; electricity, gas, internet

-I'm looking for someone to move in this month or next

-I will be doing a credit check, lease is 1year/6 months then month to month but ideally looking for people to stay.
$1500 for the room, including these utilities: electricity, gas, internet and parking spot. Deposit would be 1,200$
