This is a large, 3,000 sq ft home in which we have a friendly community of people sharing the four bedrooms and the rest of the house including a balcony with a view, large back yard, and other house amenities. Price includes utilities. I am the owner and my wife and I (early 60s) live at the house half time in the master bedroom. We are pet friendly and would welcome your inquiry.

Currently for rent is a private bedroom (153 sq ft) with adjacent full bathroom shared with one other resident. Available March 10th and possibly sooner.

Unfurnished with extra storage space available in the utility room, laundry area, and hallway cabinets. More space for rent in the basement for a minimal fee. Can save money by moving your things from self-storage to house basement for a fraction of the cost.

Easy street parking near the house and quick access to the south end of the 110 Freeway.

Shared central air/heat, washer/drier, high-speed Wi-Fi, large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and 3 full size refrigerators, and a covered balcony.

One person only, and guests are welcome. Reasonably quiet and tidy are a must.

Friendly, quiet pets considered. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats here now. $10/mth or less for each pet. 2 pets max.

Large fenced-in back yard and small fenced-in front yard.

No smoking.

Background check; shared charge; $10 each, tenant and landlord.

Security deposit to hold room is 1st full month rent + 1st month utilities. On move in day, due is pro-rated rent and utilities for the remainder of the move-in month.
