Hi everyone! I’m looking for a new housemate to move into a 3 bed / 2 bath home in San Gabriel. The available bedroom is $1975/month, move-in ideally August 1. Month-to-month lease, but I'm looking for someone who intends to stay for a minimum of one year.

The home is very spacious (1600 sq ft), fully furnished, with lots of natural light, a big front and backyard. It's just me and my two small dogs (under 18lbs) living here now.

About the Home:

- The available bedroom is 12x11 ft with a huge closet and a west-facing window that gets amazing natural light in the afternoons.
- You'll have your own private bathroom with a large walk-in glass shower.
- Room is unfurnished but the rest of the home is already fully furnished with designer pieces I’ve curated, so no additional furniture is needed in the common areas. Just bring your bedroom furnishings and you’re good to go. I love interior design and would be happy to help you style your room if you'd like!
- Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and tools you could need for cooking and baking.
- Large, private front yard with tall hedges and a beautiful backyard with a furnished patio.
- In-unit washer/dryer on the back patio.
- Small home gym with AC in the garage.
- Lots of easy street parking. Annual parking permit is only $140 for the year.
- Utilities are usually ~$125 or so per person (gas, electric, wi-fi, water).

About Me:

I’m 27 and work in tech (WFH full-time). I'm an extroverted introvert who loves a good conversation and spending time with friends, but I also value having a peaceful, quiet home to recharge in. I love interior design, plants, fishkeeping, and spending time with my two dogs. I care deeply about keeping a clean and comfortable space as my home is my sanctuary. I deep clean once a week and keep up with daily maintenance. I rarely host big groups but I do enjoy 1on1 hangouts and small, respectful gatherings occasionally.

About You:

- Women only, ideally ages 25–35 but flexible for the right personality fit.
- Someone who is very clean, considerate, and respectful, especially of shared spaces. Regular cleaning is a must. I take great pride in my home and hope you will too.
- You should be someone who enjoys a peaceful home. Please don't bring the party back here and ideally no overnight guests.
- Must be okay with dogs (mine are cuddly and well-behaved but love to talk--mini huskies!).
- Prefer someone with no pets of their own but open to the possibility.
- Non-smoker, and ideally someone who drinks minimally or socially.
- Must make 3x your share of rent and have a credit score of at least 650.
- Security deposit is $3950 (2x rent).
