I have a dining table, comfy, large couch, 65” OLED TV, plenty of kitchen appliances, and I’m working on a kitchenette (also note, the desk will be moved out of the living room this week). Garage storage, driveway access, and a backyard with a patio are included as well.

I run around the neighborhood several times a week and it’s very safe. The community is very active and full of kind neighbors and there are several grocery stores within a minute drive as well as a local market that’s about a 5 minute walk.

I personally work sixty hours a week on location, so the house is mostly empty a lot of the time, save for my dad who keeps to himself in his room which has its own bathroom. The shared bathroom has a double vanity and it will be shared with me. I only use about one third of the storage space in the bathroom currently, so you shouldn’t have any trouble with that.
