French Door room

My family and I are praying for a female housemate.. The room is spacious 200sqft, wood floors, private French door entrance, you get your own restroom sink, restroom is shared. You have your own fridge in your room. The room is fully furnished. You don't have to pay bills, or internet, washer is included and use of common areas. I will keep rent the same for 3 years. We have a lovely, friendly black golden retriever and a very friendly 2 yr old cat we just adopted. We are a looking for someone that needs a safe place to live and come home to where you know that there is someone home but giving you your space to live your independent life. If you want to hang out you may find us in the kitchen, if not you have plenty of privacy. We are close to the 134 fwy, 5fwy and the 2fwy.
