The house is close to major roads like Valley Blvd, Garvey Ave, providing easy access to I-10 and other connection freeways like I-5, I-710, and I-605. It is in 626 area so there are a lot of amazing Asian restaurant. It is at the center of LA county where DTLA is 15 minutes away, Pasadena is 18 minutes away, and Burbank is 20 minutes away.
