IT'S GORGEOUS UP HERE ON THE PALOS VERDES PENINSULA!
5 miles to the ocean with a full view of Catalina. In this apartment you'll feel like you're living in the mountains--hills, pine trees, hiking and horse trails + cleaner air! It's luxurious up here and pure gorgeousness!

BASICS: Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story apartment. Built in 1966 and I've decorated it with a 60s vibe! I love it here and, tho things can always change, I plan to live here for years.

APT LAYOUT: Living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony and 1/2 bath are on the lower floor.

YOUR ROOM: 10 x 12, I think. Large closet. Gorgeous view. Upstairs. Your bedroom shares 1 wall with mine. There is a double sink bath upstairs. Spacious but not private.

KITCHEN: New dishwasher, large microwave, Keurig & Tassimo coffee machines, electric stove, refrigerator + all utensils, pots, pans.

PARKING: You have your own parking space next to the apt. But no guest parking.

APT COMPLEX: It's very quiet, peaceful here in the hills. Beautiful view of the trees, sky, clouds. Birds to watch. The owls are hooting at night now!

POOL: There is a pool that is semi-heated from May to to Sept.

LOCATION: Just off Hawthorne Blvd. 2 blocks walking distance from Peninsula Ctr which has everything you need. Close to Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach.

TRAILS/HIKES: Many beautiful ocean view hikes, hill hikes, horse trails all over the peninsula. Walkes/hikers dream.

ME: I'm introverted, home all the time, work online and writing multiple books. I work on zoom a lot. So you might hear my voice.

I'M LOOKING FOR: I'm interested in having a roommate to share costs, so we can both live in this beautiful, luxurious area. I need responsible, rent on time, clean and someone who values/enjoys living here in this relaxing environment. (Seriously no drama. If you have a dramatic personal life, are highly stressed or a personality that enjoys drama--no judgment, we are all different. Some people thrive on stress or ups/downs. I do not. I want, and have to have for my work, friendly, easy going, peaceful co-habitation.. Also, no drugs, heavy drinking, no smoking. I think this complex is no-smoking.)

NO PETS: I love animals! But sadly, we can't have them here. Management has recently put a "no pet" policy in place.

LOTS OF STAIRS: There are lots of stairs to get to the apartment from your space in the carport and then more stairs to get up to your room. Also Ravenspur Drive is a steep street. Good exercise, but if you have mobility issues, it is likely not a match.

STORAGE: You have a large closet and a storage space you can lock in the carport.
