Lots of beautiful light and wood flooring throughout. Large bedroom with attached large bathroom in a single family home. Walk in closet area as well as traditional sliding door closet with racks and shelving. Back door of bedroom opens to small back garden with lemon and orange trees. I spend a bit of time gardening. There is an office in the back garden available to you. Washer and dryer as well. Parking directly in front of the house on a quiet neighborhood street. No permits. Full access to kitchen and living room. I try to keep TV to the bedrooms so living space is open for reading and eating and working. No smoking/vaping of any kind please. My brother is moving out of the bedroom, so I haven’t taken pictures yet.
